Keto Cheeseburger Casserole



This Keto Cheeseburger Casserole is a delicious low-carb twist on the classic cheeseburger. It's packed with savory ground beef, gooey cheese, and flavorful spices, making it a satisfying and comforting meal for any occasion. Plus, it's easy to make and perfect for meal prep!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: pickles, lettuce, tomato for serving

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent

Drain excess fat

Stir in the sugar-free ketchup and mustard until combined

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Transfer the beef mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream

Pour the mixture over the beef and cheese in the baking dish

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving

Optionally, serve with pickles, lettuce, and tomato for a cheeseburger-inspired experience
