Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender buds
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Put 1 cup of water, honey, and dried lavender buds in a small saucepan
Stir the ingredients together over medium-low heat until they begin to simmer
Take the pan off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes
Pour the lavender-infused syrup through a strainer into a bowl
Throw away the lavender buds
Put the lemon juice and 1/2 cup of water in a different bowl and mix them together
Add the lavender syrup and mix it in well
Place the mix into popsicle molds
Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, which should take at least 4 hours
Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help the popsicles come out of the molds after they are frozen
Serve and have fun!
