Ingredients:
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375F 190C
Place the pie crust in a pie dish
Layer the sliced tomatoes in the pie crust, overlapping slightly
Season the tomatoes with salt, pepper, and chopped basil
In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and green onions
