Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Mix milk and rolled oats in a bowl
Let the oats get soft by leaving it alone for 10 minutes
Mix the flour, brown sugar, vegetable oil, egg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a different bowl using a whisk
Add the oat mixture to the flour mixture and mix it in just a little
The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in
Cover a muffin tin with paper liners, and then pour the batter into each cup in an even layer
Put muffins in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into one comes out clean
For a few minutes, let the muffins cool in the pan
Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely
