Ingredients:
- 300g pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C
Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good
Add the dried oregano, basil, and marinara sauce and mix well
Add pepper and salt to taste
For 5 minutes, let it cook
Toss the cooked pasta in the pan with the sauce until it's all covered
Put some cooking spray on a baking dish and put half of the pasta mixture in it
On top of the pasta, sprinkle half of each cheese
Put the rest of the pasta mixture on top and top that with the rest of the cheese
Place the baking dish in a hot oven and cover it with aluminum foil
Bake for 20 minutes
Take off the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and starts to bubble
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves
