- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- For Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
Instructions:
Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and spray cooking spray in a donut pan
Protein powder, sweetener, baking powder, ground cinnamon, almond flour, coconut flour, and salt should all be combined in a big bowl
Combine the applesauce, Greek yogurt, almond milk, egg, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl
After adding the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, thoroughly mix them together
