You can make these tasty and cheap Airfryer Mini Cheese Scones in your air fryer. They make a quick snack or side dish. They're great for any event because they're cheesy and flaky.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions:

Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 180F 350C

Put the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together

Mix the cold butter cubes into the dry ingredients

Rub the butter into the flour mixture with your fingers until it looks like breadcrumbs

Add the grated cheddar cheese and mix it in

Add the milk and mix it in until you get a soft dough

Spread the dough out on a surface that has been lightly dusted with flour

Knead it a few times until it comes together

Spread the dough out until it's about 1/2 inch 1

25 cm thick

Then, use a small round cutter to make little scones

Do not cram the mini scones into the air fryer basket

Instead, leave a little space between each one

To make the scones golden, brush the tops with beaten egg

They should be air-fried at 350F 180C for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked

Take them out of the air fryer and let them cool down a bit before you serve them

You can add your favorite toppings and serve them on whole wheat buns for a healthy and satisfying burger experience.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked mung beans
  • 1 cup cooked millet
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg or flaxseed egg for a vegan option
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • Toppings of your choice lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

Lavender Lemonade Popsicles

Ingredients:
